Noor Orphans Fund is a not-for-profit organisation registered in the UK , established under the umbrella of the Noor Youth Trust in 2000 to help Iraqi orphans living inside Iraq , or as refugees in Iran , and Lebanese orphans living in their home country. The Fund is designed to assist destitute orphans to deal with both the trauma of losing a parent / parents and the poverty-stricken lives that tend to follow.
